problems with compaq agents after installing CIM7

I installed CIM7 and i discovered some problems with agents:
1. when i try to open "device home page" (http://servername:2301) i take over 5 minutes! during this time i can see "Loading data, please wait".
2. appearance of "device home page" has changed - less info
3. when i try open "Compaq DMI Indications" applet from Control Panel i received error windows with title: "DMICtrlPanel" and message: "Login failed for user sa". After clicking upon OK button DMI Control Panel is opened and i discovered that database component hasn't info about status.
4. reinstalation of both management agernts, and CIM7 do not help. Does Somebody know what is wrong?

The first things I would check would be that your agents are up to date. The limited info on the device home page is probably due to either old agents, or the web agent not running on the target machine, or a combination of the two. Additionally, make sure you're logged in as something other than anonymous (indicated in the top right).

Can't help you on #3.

Management agents come from lastest ProLiant Support Pack (version 6.10A). And all agents seem to work fine (no error/warning events in event logs, status for all of them: runing)

Issues I've had, if the Agents / Softpaq are being installed on NT 4 and then check the version of the System Management Driver, the one on the CD or Softpaqs don't install on all servers and you need to get the Legacy version (3.36.1381.0).
Search for CP001839. I've found an old version of this caused some problems.

Try goint to the Server with the agent directly and connecting to http://servername:2301. It should reroute it through to http://servername:2381 as the new agents use SSL.

Not had any problems with the DMI stuff.

So, on afected server there is windows 2000 server installed, not windows NT, but i check version of system management driver.
