Technical Knowledge contains 75 ServiceGuard-specific documents

The Response Center ServiceGuard specialists have been writing ITRC techinical documents to assist folks with ServiceGuard.

To date, there are 75 documents that start with the Document ID prefix of UXSG. To see all of them, drill the Maintenance/Support link to "Search the Techinical Knowledge Base".
In there, scroll the Search-by bar to "Search by Doc. ID" and enter UXSG* in the field...-> and press start/go/enter.

Thanks for the notification & update on the new SG documents in the Technical Knowledge base, as well as the tip of how to get to them all.

For those who want to go check out these docs right now, we wanted to make sure you knew that there's a quick and easy way to get directly to the Knowledge Base from the Forums. At the bottom of this thread (right underneath my reply until someone else adds a comment), in the teal box, is a series of links to key ITRC services. You'll find a link directly to the Knowledge Base right there.

Thanks for the good news.

I tried to search for the said docs, but it said there is no such docs. I have searched the tech knowledge base based on doc ID UXSG*.

Could you please help me to get them out ?

If you do not have a login based on a software contract, you will not have access to the technical knowledge base.

Here are the links I used to get to the documents indicated:
itrc.hp.com -> Maintenance & Support -> -> Search Technical Knowledge Base -> LOGIN WITH CONTRACT-BASED rights -> HPUX Software + Scroll search bar to indicate Search by Doc ID>
Enter string UXSG* and press SEARCH.

If you acquired a login without mentioning a software contract, these documents will not be visible.
