Are you looking for an easy way to connect with HP Software and support experts? Now the answers to your questions are just a quick keystroke away. The best part? The HP SW Support Customer Forums are available 24/7 and are filled with the latest information and software tips.


 These special forums are only accessible to customers with valid support agreements. They are staffed by HP Software’s expert teams of support engineers, who actively monitor posts and are prepared to answer your questions.  


Since access is determined by valid Support Agreement ID (SAID) numbers, once logged in, you can discuss topics in a secure environment. Feel free to reach out to us through the forums for product technical issues first, that way you can avoid placing a telephone call or logging an online support ticket. Your discussions and posts increase the content in the community and will optimize it in the long run.

Join the community

Participation in the community is simple. Follow these steps to sign up:

                        Visit the HP Software Solutions Community

                        If you have an HP Passport account, then click Log in

                        Complete your Passport credentials

                        If you don’t have an HP Passport account, click on Register Now and fill in the necessary fields

                        If this is your first visit to the community, you will be asked to choose your community screen name

                        You are now registered into the community
