Difference between "Mixed Use-3" and "Mixed Use-2" SATA SSD's

Hello all, I am just looking into finally moving from mechanical drives to SSD but I am a little bit confused about HP's wording on SSD's

The following two disks are exactly the same price but the "mixed use" working is different.

816965-B21  HP 120GB 6G SATA Mixed Use-3 SFF 2.5-in SC 3yr Wty Solid State Drive
804613-B21  HP 200GB 6G SATA Mixed Use-2 SFF 2.5-in SC 3yr Wty Solid State Drive

I can get an extra 80gb for the same price as the 120gb "Mixed Use-3" but I don't understand what i am losing by doing so? ( I can see the IOPS are lower, is it that simple?)

I have tried to find info on what HP's "Mixed Use-<Number>" numbers mean but I have not been very successful.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I don't know the difference between mixed use 2 and 3 but this HPE SSD Data Sheet has tables that have quants for many different  SSDs.
