MSA2000sa SNMP stops responding

Hi,

Anyone experinced similar problems with the MSA2000sa ?

Iv'e been monitoring the storage via SNMP, yesterday the monitoring flagged as the host was unreachable. It was in-fact OK but the MSA2000 logged that it's network interface had gone down and then come back up. In the process it lost the default gateway not a great start!

Re-configured the default gateway and started monitoring again. However a few hours ago SNMP requests started timing out.

Logging in to the web ui nothing has been logged to the event log other than the usual vdisk scrubs....

This is the first MSA2000 we have purchased and so far it's not filling me with confidence! I'm reluctant to play with it too much as the MSA2000 is in production and i can't risk any unnecessary downtime.
