Secure Path Warning Messages

While mounting and unmounting disks via Business Copy I keep recieving alerts from Secure Path:

Failover Event Detected The Secure Path Agent has detected a path failure on host

Should I be receiving these while mounting disks? I can understand while dismounting because the path will drop.

Is there anyway to stop them occuring as they fill up the logs and make it difficult to see any "proper" warning messages (unless of course these shouldn't be occuring either!).
