how to config MSA 2040 Expand Volume size

Dear support

My environment is VMware ESXi + MSA2040 (iSCSI)

I have volume size 800GB, I want expand size to 1TB, but I already rescan esxi datastore ,  

expand volume no change ---> 1TB , Why ??

how to correct configuration precess , thanks
