Brocade ISL
I have one Macdata 4500 with fermware version 09.06.02 and Brocade 5120 ( new purchase) I want to join these both switches by using ISL
please suggest the possibility if possible how to do this.

1. Check the Firmware version. (Check the version release for supporting of McData and Brocade Switcehs)
2. There should be no Duplicate Domain IDs
3. If McData is Director then make it as Principl switch
4. There should be no Active Zones Names in both the Switches
5. Deactivate default zone for McData and check the interop Mode
6. Remove the old zoning config in brocade switch .
7. Start Zoning Activities in McData.
