storage system is not supported. Contact your HP-authorized service representative for more information
on VCS downgrades."
What is/was the exact 3.x and 4.x version you upgraded from/to?

we havent any data in this storage.
ugrade is from v 3.010 to 4.1 .

SolutionLooks like an unsupported upgrade path (you did not the steps between the versions).
If there is no data to keep (most likely there is no data to keep now), uninitialize the array from OCP (front panel, if you like), initialize it, install CV 9.4 (and probably patch 9.4.1) and get a CV licence from HP.
Without the licence you have 60 days to use it.

i find CV 7 and install it.
After that storage was detected.
