EVA 4400 rebuild issues

Hi

I got a used EVA 4400 today with 2 shelves and overall 24 disks. I was able to reset the management and assign a new IP address for managing.

Now the problem begins: On the storageworks login (port 2373) I always get the message "Multiple System Configurations Detected" but in the dropdown for "System Configuration" is just an empty field. When I click on "Select System Configuration" I just get the error message: "Command execution failed. Error: Status code: 32"

I would like to reset all past configurations (as I don't know it) and set it up from zero. Is there any way to achieve that?

Hi

you have to login to management console and un-initialize the system

once you mange to do that you can create a new system but you need

at least command view license to manage it

What do you mean with the management console? Is it the serial MfG port? If yes, does it matter on which controller (or do I have to use it on the disk array)?

If you mean the management GUI on port 2373, I just get that error message on each menu, so I can't do anything there.
