EVA 8400 How to recovery BOOTING

Good afternoon.
Sorry for my english
After a planned power outage EVE 8400 (both controller) is not working.
Both controllers with the same problem.
After replacing the memory on one of the devices began loading the operating system.
I have connected via a serial port (MFG).
Logs boot below.
Please help anyone faced such problem.
I think this is a mistake is connected with the COMPACT FLASH which recorded firmvare.
Is it possible to write a new firmvare flash memory as its record and where you can find firmvare (technical support I have no)

You can purchase a new firmware flash card (Spare Part No 512734-001) from a reputable source that has the same version of XCS loaded, or you can install a card and have the running controller overwrite the new one with the matching XCS version.  

The other main issue with these controllers aside from battery failure is the cache and or chipset going bad after running for 10 years.  Once replaced with a new or properly reconditioned controller you should see another 10 years out of it.
