HSG Element Manager
We currently have 2 HSG storage Arrays both managed on a single SMA II appliance running SMA 2.1.01 SP1 and Element manager V1.0F.3 Build_20041104.
The problem we have is that we can now only see one array.
I have tried the following with no success
Restarted the appliance
Re ran HSG discovery
Checked zoning which seems ok
Secure path manager which is running on the appliance can see both arrays.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Re: HSG Element Manager
Make sure you can the wwid using hbanywhere. Using secure path manager is looking at paths from the client servers client, not the actually seeing it from the SMA.
1) Log into HSG element Manager
2) Select options
3) Enable subsystem moitoring
4) submit
I know you have to enable monitoring or something like that and I think its per HSG. There is a manual, that should explain process, but I think above procedure should work.

Re: HSG Element Manager
Thanks for your reply I have checked the HBA's and they are both visible and seem to be working ok.
Under subsystem monitoring only one array is listed.
