HSV 200-A controller problem

Hello, 

We have 2 HSV 200-A controllers (master and slave), they seem to be working properly, but some time ago we had noticed that the fiber channel port on the master controller became inactive.

Thus, now we can not manage it through the EVA command view.

I tried to reboot all controllers and optical switches, but it didn't help.

Could you give me an advice how to diagnose this problem?
