HSV300 EVA 4400 MGMT no ip address

Hi

I have trouble whit my EVA4400.

I'm trying to reset the mgmt modul to default ip (192.168.0.1), but nothing happens.
There is light in the RJ45 LAN port and the the left the amber light is on.

I hope that someone can help me.

The amber LED means something is wrong.

 

You may try to re-seat the module and reset (long press on the button) again. Maybe it is broken?

Thank you for your reply.

I have tryet to reset it over 20 times. I have hold down reset button for over 30 secunds and i have tryet to pull the modul and waitet for over a minute.

Please let me know if you have any other suggestions.
