P6350 - WOCP access
Hi,
We have a P6350.
During our early setup process, we found the WOCP became unresponsive (including to pings). We pressed the reboot button and found connectivity was restored. Firmware was updated in February to the version shipped with Command View
It has happened again, although this time, noone is anywhere near the datacenter and I would very much appreciate not having to go there.
I can load Command View on the management server without an issue. The management module here is referred to as "Good". The switch port has link but doesn't seem to have learnt an associated MAC address.
I can see, in Command View, the option to power cycle each storage controller, but don't seem to be able to impact the WOCP without going on site.
Any assistance appreciated.
