Performance Advisor XP 3.5 with XP1024 - Outband collection

I have a pair of XP1024's. I have recently installed Performance Advisor XP 3.5. I also have installed the host agent on an HP-UX 11.23 server and it successfully reports to the PA server. I would like to use OutBand collection to collect configuration data through RMI to the array SVP. When I put in the IP address of the SVP and hit Submit, I get a popup box that says Error: Given IPAddress doesn't belong to the selected array. Is there a different IP I should be using or something?

do you have
Firmware version 21.14.30.00/00 or later?
