Urgent - Cannot connect to CLI through telnet/SSH

Hello,

I have changed the ip address from default ones (10.0.0.2/3) to a new ones (10.25.130.39/40), However the new IP addresses are not pinging. I read in the manual (User Guide) this may happen and the solution would be to run the command # restart mc both

I guess that I have to access through Serial CLI, the problem is that when I connect to serial cli (via mini usb), I fail to access. in the manual it said that I need gserial.inf to be installed on my Windows Laptop.

I didn't find this gserial anywhere.

Could someone help me on this?

Is this about a P2000 G3 or MSA2000 array?

Thanks for the links. I should have put this in my original post, do you know if there is a WIN7 version? I just looked and I did not see Win7 listed.

For the heck of it, I just downloaded the 2K8 x64 version and that appears to be working.  Thanks for the assist
