 hi

 

my product is san switch 8/24 and my license is upgrade licensing

 

i cant active license with order number

 

NO ERROR MESSAGE TEXT AVAILABLE FOR MESSAGE ID CUSTOM_FOS_9842 and Locale English (United States) and params null

Hi

you should be able to get the upgrade license 

the important thing is to in put the WWN of the switch

and fill all other fields.

if you have a problem send mail to the licensing 

portal they are very helpfull.
