xpinfo -il

Hi Team,

we have allocated 2 luns from the XP to a linux server. The server has dual HBA card, when i went into the HBA bios, i could see only lun and other HBA has one lun. If i am not wrong i should see two luns from single HBA rite?(we dont have multipath installed to the server)

What does "xpinfo -il" say?

If you have multiple pathes, you need a multipath driver.

xpinfo -il gives the lun details not the path details.

HBA driver is already installed but we dont have MPIO installed in the server.
My question is if i have allocated two luns to the server which has dual HBA then single HBA should see two luns rite?

If you assign 2 LUNs you should see 2 LUNs or more.
