I just got the 1800-24G and I am unable to access the web interface with Internet Explorer 7.0 I am attaching the picture of what happens when I enter in the IP address. I have been able to use IE8 on my laptop so I was able to configure the IP. Any ideas?

Did you add it as a trusted site in your internet properties?

Yea but it wouldnt help anyhow because I have to enter an https:// site and the site is http://(ip)

uncheck the option, require server verification (https), add your site and then apply.

I get the same problem. My I/T director is having the same issue. SO i was on the phone with HP for over an hour while the tech reinstalled 7 on their computer and it worked fine for them.

I said that because I had the same issue when accessing the web interface to a phone system and resolved it by adding it as a trusted site.

Another thing you can do it reset all the IE setting back to default under the internet properties>advanced. From there click the reset button in the lower right corner and set everything back to when it was first installed.
