modem driver for W2K and Pentium 6540c

I have upgraded to Windows 2000 and am looking for drivers for the modem. Does anyone know what modem is standard for Pentium 6540c? Or, otherwise, where I can get the drivers?

I downloaded and installed ripnaw2k.zip but it didn't do the trick. I still am not connecting to the modem...no dial tone, etc.

Do you have any others to try?
