3800-24G-2SFP+ Chassis Shutdown due to Multiple Fan Failures
HI All.,
We are received log message on switch HP 3800-24G-2SFP+ (VersionKA.15.16.0008) as below :
02/23/16 08:04:12 00553 chassis: Chassis Shutdown due to Multiple Fan Failures
W 02/23/16 08:10:57 00553 chassis: Chassis Shutdown due to Multiple Fan Failures
W 02/23/16 08:17:43 00553 chassis: Chassis Shutdown due to Multiple Fan Failures
And start packet drop to switch.
Any idea what can be soultion , do switch need to upgrdae software or raise case with HP ?

We have had multiple fan failures in our 3800 switches over the past year, and the solution has always been to contact HPE support and get a replacement switch.
