look for MIB - File for HP 2530 Series Switches ( J9773A / J9775A )
Hello,
I have a problem with the HP 2530 -24G -PoEP (J9773A ,revision YA.16.01.0004) and HP 2530 -48G (J9775A , revision YA.16.01.0006) switches.
The CPU Usage is going up to 99/100% for a few minutes in iregual time intervals.
To find out the reason and get more information I was looking for the MIB files for hours ... I found only one collection of 193 different MIB-Parts (latest release January 2016) with confusing descriptions. The devices also doesn't respond to the OID requests from these MIBs.
I would be grateful if anyone has a link to the current MIB Files ( specifically for the devices above ) or share them below.
thank you, best regards
Daniel

Re: look for MIB - File for HP 2530 Series Switches ( J9773A / J9775A )
LionLantech,
Afaik, topicStarter already has those files. They are a collection of MIB files for (almost...) all HP switches, so it's really not that obvious which files are required.
Don't commands like "show cpu" or "task-monitor cpu" or "show log" show what CPU is busy on?

Maybe HP change the OID path. Afalk you could run an snmpwalk on root OID so you can verify what specific OID is used for CPU.
