Hi,

Got error message on my syslog file and always says

I already set the PV Timeouts of the External disks to 180 but still the same

can anyone figure out why this error always occur

Result from ioscan -fn please? What type of server are you using? OS version? Do you used additional card for the SCSI Connection or do you used Core I/O for the connection?

Hi,

I think the it's not a timeout issues. Biggest possibility is either your SCSI Adapter or your SCSI Cables that is defected. Try to replace one of it.

could this be defective?
log always shows dev: 1f065000
