Check permissions on the depot. ACL's has been set on your depot. You don't have permission to run.

Can you post the output of
swacl -l depot @ /tmp/hp/SysInfo.4.15.depot
This will show you the acl permissions set for your depot.
If you do not have permissions to install from this depot the super user may need to change the permissions from the server from where this depot lies.

Hi,

Restart the "swagentd" daemon and try the installation.
you can use the below commands,

#/usr/sbin/swagnetd -k
##/usr/sbin/swagnetd -r
