HP-UX 11iv2 Syslog

Hi,

Please let me know how to configure the syslog daemon in HP-UX 11iv2 which puts date wise entries in /var/adm/syslog/syslog.dated/(current_date) like Tru64 UNIX.

Not 100% certain what your looking for, but guessing your wondering how to set up your syslog.conf.

Do a Search in the box above [ syslog.conf ] and it will give you a plethora of threads to help you with this.
You might also want to Search on [ centralize syslog ].
