Hi,

How can set ftp user passwod and Anonomous user password

when i open ftp connection on browser or command line.

its connected without password

i want to ftp connection with password and restrictions.

But still anonymous???

You have the following choice:

- keep or disable the default anonymous account

- create a "common" ftp account with the same password for everyone

- create user based ftp account, each with own passwords

I made a users

but they see the root contents.

If it is possible users access only one directory without see the another file system.

for example:-

i made a user name tcs1

ftp 192.168.6.5

when i run cd /  it will gone to another file system.it is possible user only see one folder.

I don't know if there is an easier way that to use chroot?  chroot works.
