How to setup integrity Virtual Machine

Anybody have an idea/procedure on how to setup virtual machine in rx7640 machine...

I want to create 2 guests in one nPAR.

Hi Samarah,

The procedure is simple, but if you are asking a question like this then I would suggest you to read the documents on this IVM.

The procedure is

1. Install OS ( HP-UX 11.31 recommended ) on rx7640.
2. Load VM Host product on the machine.
3. Create 2*IVM using commands ( decide the resources as per the requirements)
4. Load the OS on those IVMs

but i'm planning to setup it in 11.23 version.. is the 11.23 version is supported by VM?

Hi Samarah,

Yes it is supported but the version is different. And there so many advantages if you use 11.31 as Host.

Like memory config, Online migration and all.
