You can't (yet) on HP-UX.
Sorry.

Burn is on CD and *then* you can mount.
HP-UX's mount command only supports devices, not files, and the loopback device cannot be used

If you're used to loopback filesystems that support isofs (i.e. on Linux and Solaris), then you're out of luck. I've been asking this question (and I think I may have submitted an RFE/RFC) for about 3 years now.

Your best bet is just mount on Linux/Solaris and NFS share to HP-UX.
