Incorrect vmstat output

We run: vmstat -S 20 2

As you can see from the screenshot I uploaded, the vmstat is producing these strange results...
On the second line it even says 100% for both user & idle...

 

The system is HPUX 11.11 PA-RISC

 

How do I fix it?

It looks like you need patch PHCO_25979 if you do not already have it.

 

Here are the pertinent details:

 

Patch Name: PHCO_25979

Patch Description: s700_800 11.11 vmstat(1) cumulative patch

Creation Date: 02/07/23

Symptoms: 
	PHCO_25979:
	( SR:8606229310 CR:JAGad98363 )
	vmstat(1) reports wrong values for CPU percentages: user
	time 'us', system time 'sy' and idle time 'id'.
