Normally you can use swapinfo for checking physical mem & mem utilization...
In details,for HP-UX 11.xx ,
#cstm command will help
For 10.xx ,..
#stm

Glance is better for observing memory utilisation.
#vmstat 1 10
1->for each sec, 10->no of times.
If meaureWasre installed then U can use
#extract -g -r /var/opt/perf/reptfile -f /tmp/severname -xp d
d->current day
d -1 -> one day before.
you need to ftp the o/p and analyse through microsoft excel.

U can use "top" or "glance" command then U observation Ur memory real time utilization.
