N:Reducing max_physical_extents for volume group

HI All

 

/opt/drd/bin/drd clone -p -v -x overwrite=true -t /dev/disk/disk147

 

When running the above command, i was presented with the message in the subject field (as below).

 

 N:Reducing max_physical_extents for volume group: vg110 from 262144 to 2500. The specified value was larger than allowed.
         N:Reducing max_physical_extents for volume group: vg112 from 262144 to 2500. The specified value was larger than allowed.
         N:Reducing max_physical_extents for volume group: vg114 from 262144 to 2500. The specified value was larger than allowed.
         N:Reducing max_physical_extents for volume group: vg116 from 262144 to 4000. The specified value was larger than allowed.
         N:Reducing max_physical_extents for volume group: vg120 from 262144 to 2500. The specified value was larger than allowed.
         N:Reducing max_physical_extents for volume group: vg122 from 262144 to 2500. The specified value was larger than allowed.
         N:Reducing max_physical_extents for volume group: vg124 from 262144 to 2500. The specified value was larger than allowed.
         N:Reducing max_physical_extents for volume group: vg126 from 262144 to 4000. The specified value was larger than allowed.
         N:Reducing max_physical_extents for volume group: vg130 from 262144 to 1016. The specified value was larger than allowed.
         N:Reducing max_physical_extents for volume group: vg152 from 262144 to 2500. The specified value was larger than allowed.

 

These happen to be our new NetApp volume groups.

 

Is this normal behaviour for DRD?  Are these messages of concern?
