Re: NFS problem

Mustafa,
please review your /etc/rc.config.d/nfsconf file.
Especially the NUM_NFSD variable.
This is set to 16 by default.

Also read 'man nfsd'

Then restart your nfs system.

Re: NFS problem

Are you using OV Operations , OSSPI?
Look for procmon.cfg file.
You may need to modify this file for mount, nfsd, automount entries under nfssrv and nfsclnt headers.

Refer the online help of OVO.

Re: NFS problem

You need to check for the number of those processes (mountd, nfsd, automount) currently running on each of those servers. Use ps -ef. Then cross check with the procmon.cfg file for the correct and within range entries entered against columns 2 and 5. Check for the presence of procmon_local.cfg file as well which gets precedence over procmon.cfg file.

Refer this link as well.
