i take these error from HP 11.11.
nfssrv Service: Process "/usr/sbin/rpc.mountd *": Number of process instances
(0) less than min
nfssrv Service: Process "/usr/sbin/nfsd 16": Number of process instances (0)
less than min.
Above errors are from same server.
And i take below error from another server
nfsclnt Service: Process "/usr/lib/netsvc/fs/automount/automount *": Number
of process instances (0) less than min
any opinion?

please review your /etc/rc.config.d/nfsconf file.
Especially the NUM_NFSD variable.
This is set to 16 by default.
Also read 'man nfsd'
Then restart your nfs system.

Number of NFS deamons is already 16;NUM_NFSD=16
and i did restart the deamon before.But i still take error.

Look for procmon.cfg file.
You may need to modify this file for mount, nfsd, automount entries under nfssrv and nfsclnt headers.
Refer the online help of OVO.
