Hi,
I am new to PVG..Please correct me if iam wrong.. i have two HDD /dev/dsk/c0t5d0 and /dev/dsk/c1t5d0 i want to add it to new PVG
vgcreate -g pvg1 /dev/vg01 /dev/dsk/c0t5d0
vgextend -g pvg2 /dev/vg01 /dev/dsk/c1t5d0
if i want to convert my current LVM VG's in to the LVM PVG what to do only the editing of lvmpvg file will do??....can you suggest any study material for LVM PVG

Yes, that should do fine.

The man page is a good starting point, as suggested in your previous thread.
