I can't install local printer.
I have three drivers in kernel
CentIf, SCentIf,CharDrv. After trying installation printer I get that parallel interface not exists but it exists :-).
What is the SCentIf driver ?

Re: Parallel Port - SCentIf
What does ioscan -fk show? how are you adding the printer, command line or SAM?
Is this and add-on card, or the built in Parallel interface on the 700 sreis? Which 700 model is it?

Solution
aha, that was the info I needed, thank you.
I believe you need the SAM patch PHCO_21186 which contains the superseded patch PHCO_19990. This contains the fix. I would also recommend you install PHKL_21099 as this appears to be the newer parallel interface you are using.
