i have download HP-UX 11i v1 Software Pack from http://h20293.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=HPUXAPP
but i will unzip file to *.cdimage file type.may i how about wirte to cd.

Hello, You need to have cdrecord to create CD from image file. You can download cdrecord from,

It is part of TCOpensource product.

since it is an iso image, you can burn it on any cd and then try to install the same.

Dear Larry,

I suggest you can do a ftp and get the image to a Windows PC and get the image burned to a CD using any CDwriting software that comes with you CDwriter. NERO supports this). (Since you may not have CD writter in HPUX machine and using cdrecord)

Letter you can use CD for installing software in HPUX system.
