Rp 3410 rebooted automatically with panic in syslog

Can anyone tell me what does it show in ts99 file attached. My server got rebooted twice the same way.

shutdownlog also attached...I got /var/adm/crash/crash.1 also..but it got too big files to upload.

Before reboot , one filesystem is full (as observed) can you provide nickel.

lvol4 is mounted at /home but was not full.
