SMH (Browser) System Status Unknown

I find a bug in the SMH (Web interface), on entering the same all the record shows status unknown.

how I can fix this?

When I go to any links do not show me all the information, before showing me things green (status normal).

In this server, I found he had deleted the user hpsmh I created it as well as its group, according to a post on the forum, but, after doing so I get with this situation, all I get blue...

Why this situation could occur?
