Is it possible to upgrade Secure Path 3.0D to 3.0F to an HPUX 11.00 server?

Secure Path for HP-UX version 3.0, 3.0A, 3.0A Service Pack 1, 3.0B, 3.0B Service Pack 1, 3.0C, 3.0D, 3.0E

You need 3.0F SP1 for HPUX 11.00
