Soft link & hard link

Why soft link exist across file system and not the hard link?
Work is life, you know, and without it, there's nothing but fear and insecurity.

soft link belongs to file and hard link belongs to directory.

Soft link is points to two different inodes on disk thats why it can cross FS. for hard link
the data will be stored only once on the harddrive, but there are two inodes pointing to it.
Will it remain a personal, if I broadcast it here!
