I've always assumed these were the sizes of the kernel and its entry point.

Hi Jkumar,
I convert "0x1fb1e8" hexa decimal number into scsi path to know the device type and the path is c31t11d1, you can check this device in "ioscan -fn" output.

I'm with Dennis -- always assumed that was the size of Text, Data and BSS for the kernel (from the bootloader's point of view, the kernel is just a process to start, after all) - followed by the entry point of the kernel equivalent of main.

And since I know where the bootloader source is... I checked. That is, in fact, TEXT, DATA and BSS for the kernel (in that order) followed by the entry point as we surmised.

Hi:

As Dennis noted, the values are the TEXT size, DATA size, BSS size, and starting address of the image (here, '/stand/vmunix') that is being loaded. This is documented in the 'hpux(1M)' manpages.
