/dev/ptmx: Device Busy error

Hi.

I'm getting an error on telnetting to one of our servers. After entering username & password the error "/dev/ptmx: Device Busy" is displayed then the session terminates.

We can get in OK on the console/GSP. Any Ideas?

thanks

Shalom,

Perhaps a corrupt or locked psuedo terminal.

insf -e

That should rebuild the devices and everything should be okay.
