enable and install vmtrace

Hello All,

can some one please let me know where can I get the vmtrace or how can I enable vmtrace on L2000 running 11.0 and 11.11 machines .I have two machines and I need to enable vmtrace and don't know how to do this .I do not have vmtrace install if you know where to get the binary's that will be help full.
