Hello experts,

Does the following message means that BPS has failed or just ther power fed to BPS is only disconnected.

A power failure has occurred on the power grid.
Investigate and fix the power failure, or wait for the failure to be
corrected.

machine model rp 7410 and GSP show the following inofrmation

AC line Staus
Line A0 not Present.
Line A1 present.
Line B0 not present.
Line B1 Present

Any help is highly appreciated.

it's seems that an Ac power is missing, check power cord and check by GSP if it's ok

CM Menu and execute PS
