Is your HP-UX box supported with this card ? Check "Fibre channel adapters
specifications" at http://www.hp.com/products1/serverconnectivity/storagesnf2/adapter15/specifications/index.html


You should also upgrade to latest revision of "FibrChanl-01". What about "swlist FibrChanl-01". Latest is "B.11.23.08.02".

Finally you could also have to upgrade FC cards themselves.

Hi,

Can you please verify if you have the latest recommended fcms patch (PHKL_33827) or Latest PHKL_36143.

And also look for the latest software for your FC: http://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=A6826A
