is there any system statistic tools like nmon on aix?

also, is there any analyzer like nmon-analyzer ON HP-UX?
or is there any sar analyzer?

Try looking at 'glance'. It is not free but there is an ebvaluation copy on the application CD set you can use for 60 days.

Hi,
If you want a graphical representation of Performance then obviously Try glance plus.
You can also Try Measureware Performance tool.
Also you can use the combination of some System Activity Commands such as,
sar,iostat,vmstat,netstat and top.
Refer to the man pages of the commands.
