You can install the OnlineJFs through installation media. Or download it from DSPP.
Put the dvd in to drive and mount it and run the below command

Yes,you can change file system type from hfs to vxfs on existing file systems by ONLINEJFS.

see man vxfsconvert
vxfsconvert - convert an unmounted file system to VxFS or upgrade a VxFS disk layout version

Normally it will ask for reboot beacuse while selecting the OnlineJFS package from DVD some network depot also be include. To avoide the reboot just deselect the network related patches and install. Remember one thing to copy the lisence too.

I'm sure there is no hfs in a 11.31 system ;-))
