How to download OpenVMS patches?

How do I access the OpenVMS patch database these days?   I can't find it.

If you have a support contract, try the HPSC:

I've spent over two hours (yesterday and today) looking for OpenVMS patches (and I just downloaded patches two weeks ago).  Can't seem to get to HPSC even using the generic  www.hp.com/go/hpsc.  I've read every thread here on downloading patches and tried every suggestion and I'm ready to go postal.  Someone please give me a working link...

So I finally call HP Support and they tell me to go to www.hp.com/go/hpsc which I'd been trying all along... and, of course, it works this time, while I'm on the phone with support.  Why does that always happen?
