Re: X.25 Installation
Hi,
I try to stay away from X.25 ;-). One thing you definitly need to do is install DECnet Phase V (aka DECnet OSI aka DECnet Plus) as opposed to DECnet Phase IV. Depending on your system environment this might or might not be a considerable task.
There are patches available for both DECnet plus and X.25 for OpenVMS 7.3
Greetings, Martin

Re: X.25 Installation
Do you have a supported sync PCI comms card and driver or are you going via a gateway system? It may be possible to use the existing system as a gateway. The X.25 Gateway Access protocol (known as PSI Access a long time ago) I think is part of DECnet/Plus (aka DECnet/OSI).
If you are going to talk direct you need X2.5 Services for OpenVMS V1.5 and patch. DECnet/Plus V7.3 and patch.
