1/8 G2 Autoloader - LTO4 Tapes show up as Cleaning Tapes in BE 10d
I use Backup Exec 10d with my 1/8 G2 Autoloader. All my LTO4 tapes show up as "Cleaning Tapes" when they are inventoried. How do I get them to show up as LTO4 tapes?

It seems the issue is "a known" one by Symantec :)
Regards
P.s can You please post what is the condition on the display dose it also show all media as cleaning cartridge or I have understand You wrong and ment that the issue is on the display.
If so ( on the display are shown 8 cleaning cartridges ) can you unplug SCSI cable and start the inventry from the display , What happens
As first step , please update the FW on the Loader
